REZI-WELDâ„¢ ER-43, Type I is a two-component, thermo-setting, Epoxy Resin Adhesive used for bonding new to old concrete and in fastening metal anchors to horizontal holes in concrete. REZI-WELD ER-43, Type I consists of a modified bisphenol A-type Epoxy Resin, flexibilized with Polysulfide Polymer.
REZI-WELDâ„¢ ER-43, Type I is packages in 1 and 4-gallon units. A unit consists of a pre-measured amount of component A and component B. Component A is white in color and component B is black in color. When mixed, the resulting color in light gray.
USES:
REZI-WELDâ„¢ ER-43, Type I is an effective bonding agent primarily for use in bonding new Portland Cement concrete to old Portland Cement and fastening metal anchors in horizontal holes in concrete. It has applications on bridge and highway structures, in bonding extruded curb to black top and as an adhesive for dry packs, etc. REZI-WELDâ„¢ ER-43, Type I can be used on vertical as well as horizontal surfaces.
