Super Clean & Tilt is a premium, solvent based, VOC compliant formula composed of chemically neutral non-membrane forming materials that functions as a bondbreaker for tilt-up construction. Super Clean & Tilt is step two of Universal’s HTS Slab Therapy System.
Two coats applied to a properly cured casting slab prevent tilt-up panels from bonding to the slab. Panels lift easily without sticking. Less force is required than is typical with membrane type bondbreakers.
Properly applied, Super Clean & Tilt yields a panel surface ready to receive paint or other treatments. Since no resin membrane is present, there is no need to wait for membrane residue to oxidize before applying coatings to the panel.
Super Clean & Tilt is a bondbreaker for newly placed concrete tilt-up casting slabs. Used as a bondbreaker, Super Clean & Tilt is applied to the fragile, mist like blanket created by Universal's Vital, hydrating & conditioning agent. Super Clean & Tilt provides a clean, non-staining release that makes easy application of paints, coatings and other secondary toppings.
