Hub Construction Specialties acquires Innovative Supply, Inc
Hub Construction Specialties, Inc., a San Bernardino, CA based construction supplier announced the acquisition of Innovative Supply, Inc today.
ISI is based in Fresno, California and is a supplier to the residential and non residential construction contractor. ISI is managed by Michael Braham and Ryan Pender who have a combined 30 years of experience in the construction supply business in the central San Joaquin Valley.
Bob Gogo, president of Hub, says the acquisition strengthens Hub’s presence in the greater Fresno contractor community and is a key stepping stone for creating a strong presence throughout the San Joaquin Valley. Combining ISI’s local expertise and Hub’s experience and vast product offerings will create a dynamic supplier to the construction contractor in the greater Fresno area.
